"This is the subject that I cherish the most. It is my childhood memories during harvest time as well as spring that I continue to cultivate year after year. My birthplace town Joun is known to have ancient olive groves; some are 2,000 years old, and perhaps more. I do own an olive grove which belonged to my parents that I visit every year and harvest its olive oil. About 80 litres of pure exquisite olive oil are sent to Montreal every year which I enjoy sharing with the family and friends at home."
